VETUS V - Line is the name of the developed series of indoor lighting, with fully coordinated
models for the salon, cabin, sleeping cabin, galley, bathroom or lounge.
The VETUS luminaire is characterized by the use of hand-polished and anodised aluminum, in a seawater-resistant quality that will last a lifetime.
The corresponding LED or halogen lamps must be ordered separately. The power consumption of this LED spot of 12V is 3 Watt.
ATTENTION: dimmers type DS1224 and DIM1224 are not suitable for LED lighting.
The ERP (European Directive on Recreational Navigation) to date does not provide any rules for interior lighting on board yachts.
Vetus meets all standards that apply to domestic use (CE / ENEC).
Vetus only supplies closed halogen lamps that are also enclosed in the fitting.
This means that a lamp can never fall on the floor due to vibrations and cause a fire.
Furthermore, all cables are very flexible and provided with a heat resistant jacket (double insulated Teflon cabling).
