Combining advanced electrical efficiency with Maxwell's proven anchoring technology, the BH8 8mm 48V with 24V control is designed for larger vessels and premium yacht installations. The concealed mounting concept allows installation in either the bow or stern, maintaining clean deck aesthetics while ensuring dependable anchor handling. Maxwell's patented Wave Design™ chainwheel provides smooth operation with rope and chain combinations and enhances overall anchoring control.
Its 1200W 48V motor delivers up to 900 kg of pulling power while minimising current demand and reducing voltage drop across longer cable runs. The integrated 24V control circuit allows straightforward integration into existing 24V onboard systems. Together with automatic free fall technology, a sealed oil bath gearbox and emergency deployment functionality, the BH8 offers exceptional reliability and performance for demanding anchoring applications.
